I guess I could have split the post between the nutrition and supplements sections but I consider the entire thing my "nutritional" plan... So I'll leave it here.

Yeah, I know.. But nothing cuts weight off me like the run. I will invest in some glucosamine/chondroiton supplements to help with the knees.Originally posted by Scrumhalf View PostRunning will be hard on your knees, especially at your size. I would consider an elliptical trainer and a bike. Good idea on the chest sensor HRM.

Yea good call. I've never used it but it's supposed to be pretty effective for the joints without the water gain.Originally posted by frankenstein View PostWhat about NPP for joint pain?
Part of me wonders though. Without the fluid gain how can it be as effective at helping the joints. I would think part of the relief deca offers to joints is helped in part by that water gain.

Not sure you'd be compromised by a bit of weight. I mean according to you, you're over 320lbs....so another 10/15lbs I'm very certain won't bother you much.Originally posted by frankenstein View PostNot for me anymore.. It just causes too much weight gain. Also, investing in a set of rehband knee braces will manage pain.
