It all looks good except for the oats. Oats are incredibly inflammatory. Replace them with more veggies or sweet potatoes and you'll be better off.

Nah, I've always had great results with oats. Main reason I like them more than other carb sources is that they keep me full and satisfied until my next meal. "replace with more veggies" sounds good on paper but it doesn't workout very well when put into practice. Compared to a normal person I have a ton of muscle, At Almost 230lbs and 15%bf. I'm killing it in the gym, I'm doing cardio in the gym and outside with my dogs, and my hormone levels are at least 5 times higher than average. Veggies would not satisfy or give me the cals needed to fuel my body. Sweet potatoes at the 60 gram carb portion size fill me up for about an hour and half and than I am starving for the next 2 and half hours until my next meal. If I have a bigger portion of potatoes then I am eating to many carbs per meal. My diet and the food choices in it are the result of years of experimenting and playing around with what works best for me.Originally posted by M00chie69 View PostIt all looks good except for the oats. Good stuff. My weakness has always not taking in enough calories. Believe it or not, this has actually made me fatter. Last time I actually tracked my food for a week I was taking in less than 2k calories by far; really about 1500. That's eating breakfast, skipping snack, skipping lunch, skipping another snack, having a shitty snack after work like crackers and cheese, and then eating dinner. The late Wesley Slvera (former Iron Addicts owner) told me I was eating like a woman on a diet lol.
It all comes down to food prep. If you're taking it day by day, you'll fail. If you precook a bunch of shit and plan your week, you'll succeed in my opinion.

I think your goals are achievable with what you have. 220 at 10% is doable on those doses bro. Think I said this alreadyOriginally posted by Bouncer View PostYou can go into detail about jaguars vs baboons but you can't go into detail about this? I'm already running 525mg test c and 175mg Deca for a total of 700mgs per week. No GH though, can't afford it.

You said you need higher doses to achieve more. I said that I'm on 700mgs per week. I'm asking what type of doses I'd need to be over 230 @ 10% based on your experiences.Originally posted by Mr I View PostI think your goals are achievable with what you have. 220 at 10% is doable on those doses bro.
