      Probably an odd meal but it's my last meal and I need to get in the rest of my carbs/calories.

      5 3/8 oz of sweet potato
      1.5cup white rice

              Andro you need better balance. A carb only meal at like 4am your time is just stupid unless you need immediate energy. I assume your about to go to bed considering you said you wake up late in the day. That last meal is doing absolutely nothing for you aside from turning into fat storage. Protein and carbs in every meal.

                Andro does not sleep till about 10am.. he is up all night...hence why he is eating that late

                  That last meal is shit no matter how you slice it. It's the type a meal a bicycle rider needs before a race or a marathon runner needs before an event. A carb only meal as your last meal makes zero sense. That meal will go straight to his gut. He needs to balance his protein/carbs/fats out better so he's getting them together through out the day.

                        I know. I honestly didnt feel like cooking chicken at that time so I just ate that. Made me tired enough to knock out earlier than usual though. Why is it turning to fat storage if I'm hitting my macros and barely going over maintenance to gain the half pound per week. I thought fat storage was all from caloric surplus.

                          Certain foods are stored as fat easier. Protein for example is very rarely stored as fat. But if you drink a glass of Gatorade for example that is the exact same amount of calories as the protein, the Gatorade before bed has a much easier time turning into stored fat because it's quick digesting simple sugar.

                          In other words. If you eat 3000 calories per day of only McDonald's for 3 months. Then you eat 3000 calories per day of chicken breast and oats for 3 months. You will look completely different. Do not buy into "calories are all that matter" bullshit. What makes up those calories is hugely important.

                                Unless that's all you have the whole day.. I get what you saying tho.. but yea.. it's about the calories... been fucking with cereal late evening and I do notice the difference in the gut area
