Sure it can... E2 can be jacked on high dose of test and can make you loose your appetite.. Not saying his E2 is messed up, but it can play a role... his test could be overdose and he is not taking in any oral.. many variables here

I haven't even upped my test dosage YET. I felt tired because I take unisom to go to sleep and it leaves me really groggy the next day. Thats why I wake up really tired. I'm good now. I think I got my sleeping schedule back in check and I had to sacrifice a day to get it back.
