i have a question for you guys, Whenever i follow diet i get upset stomach my caloric goal is almost 2300 but i can't get uptil that cuz of busy schedule (i m a student nd have to go fr ttns nd also make tym for self study). Earlier i used to get 5 meals a days which messed up my schedule nd also my stomach. Then, a few days back i started taking 3 meals a days. Which also did'nt do good on my stomach and i felt very bad stomach pain.Should i eat less and gradually increase the foods? I am not lactose intolerent nor allergic to any food. But i believe Peant butter when i eat with chicken or eggs disturb me. Should i eat PB alone? Any solutions for my situation??
