Make sure you get natural PB, no need for hydrogenated oils

            Adam's Natural, crunchy, unsalted.

Sure it's a natty, but just take a spoon and mix it up and stick it in the fridge to set. Plus...no hydrogenated oils.

Its the one that actually has all the health benefits as far as cardio vascular health. You are basically eating nothing but crisco with a little peanut flavoring and sugar added. Loaded with trans fats that have been linked to many neuro-degenerative diseases and cancers.

The last jar I had was Laura Scudder's natural. Any natural peanut butter would be OK, although I am currently trying Maranatha almond butter, which is also natural. The taste is a nice change of pace and I am guessing that the benefits are similar.

skippy brands...read the label...it has hydrogenated oils or trans fats (crisco) along with other preservatives and crap. Natural nut butters have usually nothing but the nuts and salt. Thats it. Much healthier.
