all that i see that could be bad is the amount of sodium. but sodium isnt really "bad" is it?

Ok well a can of tuna= 120 cal and 28 grams of protein.
3 egg whites = 48 cal and 9 grams protein.

Is this "normal" for a meal? Or is it too much?

the protein isn't too much, don't really know how many calories your aiming for. But it beats eating a whopper. I'd say it's fine.

Like Psyko says, it's good protein for one meal. It depends on your goals after that. Are you trying to do a Low carb diet Taleigh?

Moderate carbs to low carb, high protein, low fat. My aim, to get as much protein as I can.

That's a good start then. Just remember to measure all your food throughout the day.
