when your holding plenty of bodyfat your not in a depleted state. the body just continues to store extra cals as fat. but when you have very little bodyfat the body reacts very differently. ask any bodybuilder after a show. the first week your just refilling the depleted muscle glycogen. you'll remain shredded just get fuller. but if your not depleted none of that takes place. you just store the cals.

I'm just not going to do cardio and then left weights.. not my style and not what I want to do...
Now with that being said since I have all the time in the world.. I can cardio mornings and lift evenings... but that's a big if...
