      I eat clean most of the time believe you me... you see what I post on the nutrition, But I like to live to you know....

      I agree dem pizzas kind of fucked me up and now I'm bout 2 hours from home for the weekend and you don't even wana know that I had for dinner

        I'm just not going to do cardio and then left weights.. not my style and not what I want to do...

        Now with that being said since I have all the time in the world.. I can cardio mornings and lift evenings... but that's a big if...
