so i got my dextrose in the mail. i plan on taking it pre and post lift in this way:
pre: dextrose/protein 2:1 like 35:17 gram
post: detrose/protein/creatine same 35:17:5
i have been told a 2 to 1 ratio is best. can anyone verify that or provide advice?
