    Besides protein, weightgainer and food, what are the supplements you need to gain muscle, strength, and size?


    I say creatine and glutamine. Is there anything else out there that I am missing? Thanks,GM.

    a good multi , extra e.c, zinc . for your immune system , its hard to train and grow when your sick

        Nothing. No supplement is essential, hence the name supplement. You can do without all of them, sure its a bit easier with them, but you dont need any.

            I would suggest GABA. I have been noticing a real difference in the last two weeks in my muscle tone and fat loss. Can't wait to see results down the road. Ingesting about 2gms before bed.
