I'm 19, about 190-ish give or take a few, 6'0 give or take a inch
I'd say slightly above average build...I have recently changed my workout routine since coming to these forums
i was working upper body one day, lower body the next day, and then resting
(i play baseball so i generally run every day, every other day....i perform plyometrics every few days...I play a lot of leisure sports, like going to the gym just to play pickup basketball)....
now my weightlifting, i work each set of muscles everday for example this week sunday through friday i went and worked
legs > shoulders > back > chest > arms > legs
and monday, wednesday and friday i did about 10-15 mins of ab work
what i'm looking for is something that may help me gain a little bit of muscle but more so I wanna become ripped and lose body fat, i haven't gotten the slightest clue of what my body fat % is....its low enough were my arms are a bit veiny, but I dont have a 6 pack just a flat stomach, I would like to get a 6 pack, that's a goal....
the eating is sorta not perfectly how i should eat to become ripped, but i dont eat junk snacks...I do drink alot of sugar filled tea, and I generally have a big plate of spaghetti each week, besides that everything is generally healthy, not many saturated fats....
so to sum it up i'm looking for a supplement to help the ripping process...I already have some fat burning pills, but I dont think that's what I'm looking for...I quit taking them about a month ago, and I haven't gain any extra fat over that time whatsoever, if anything I have lost a point or 2 of my body fat %
