  • I need a recommendation

I'm 19, about 190-ish give or take a few, 6'0 give or take a inch

I'd say slightly above average build...I have recently changed my workout routine since coming to these forums

i was working upper body one day, lower body the next day, and then resting

(i play baseball so i generally run every day, every other day....i perform plyometrics every few days...I play a lot of leisure sports, like going to the gym just to play pickup basketball)....

now my weightlifting, i work each set of muscles everday for example this week sunday through friday i went and worked

    legs > shoulders > back > chest > arms > legs

and monday, wednesday and friday i did about 10-15 mins of ab work

what i'm looking for is something that may help me gain a little bit of muscle but more so I wanna become ripped and lose body fat, i haven't gotten the slightest clue of what my body fat % is....its low enough were my arms are a bit veiny, but I dont have a 6 pack just a flat stomach, I would like to get a 6 pack, that's a goal....

the eating is sorta not perfectly how i should eat to become ripped, but i dont eat junk snacks...I do drink alot of sugar filled tea, and I generally have a big plate of spaghetti each week, besides that everything is generally healthy, not many saturated fats....

so to sum it up i'm looking for a supplement to help the ripping process...I already have some fat burning pills, but I dont think that's what I'm looking for...I quit taking them about a month ago, and I haven't gain any extra fat over that time whatsoever, if anything I have lost a point or 2 of my body fat %

If you're looking for fatburners that truly work you need to look into T3 (Cytomel), T4 (Synthroid), Clenbuterol, Ketotifen if you want to upregulate clen, ECA, DNP (Die Now Please)--do not use this one unless you ABSOLUTELY know what you're doing. There are a few others around that are decent also. Feel free to PM for more info.

Those are all good, but I wouldnt advise them to someone 19 years of age. If I were bro, id ask some advice for training methods and cutting fat methods, there is much more to learn than u would first think. Get that in line, including ur diet which u can learn about here, and then do some research an lower OTC products to help the process along.

I agree with viral also. Get your diet in check first. Then if you need help look into other alternatives. My list is simply alternatives for you to use, but nothing will ever replace proper nutrition, intense steel, and rest.

Bro, do not advice T3 to a 19 year old kid please.

As for the question, nothing will change the body faster then a sound diet.

with the same idea as above (add muscle, lose total body fat)

should this daily caloric intake guideline work well?

            55% should come from carbs
            30% should come from fat
            15% should come from protein

I believe I would recommend the reverse on the percentages for fats and protein. Also, make sure that most of the carb intake is from complex carbs. I have used that ratio sucessfully for many years. IMO, you need more than 15% protein in your diet to build muscle. BB

Bouncer, if you're going to read my first response, why not read my second? All is explained within my two posts and viral.

Not to mention is the supplement forum, not the AAS forum, thats why OTC supplements should be recommended, not AAS.

Your second post did not negate your first. You never told the kid "Oh yeah, maybe T3 isn't a good idea for you at 19 yrs old and no experience".

I think Bouncer was just trying to point out to you that telling some newbie who is 19 and whom you know nothing about to look into T3, T4, or even clen is irresponsible and could contribute to the kid hurting himself.

Do you know this kid? Do you know his medical history or his training history? Thyroid hormones are powerful drugs not to be taken lightly. The kid could end up damaging his thyroid, getting heart palpitations, or even dying if he took too much.

If you run everyday almost and you do all these other active things, I would think that you would be pretty ripped already. Focus on your diet. All that Spaghetti and sugar tea is a major problem.

To burn fat you may want to do more cardio - running around while playing baseball, etc does not cut it - it has to be a sustained effort (15 minutes minimum). I lost a lot of fat cycling, keeping the cadence high (spinning). Swimming is also an excellent cardio exercise that will burn fat from all body parts. Unfortunately your six pack won't be helped too much by the cardio - diet will help the most.
