Im not huge on the very low carb diets, but lets face it, to successfully love a desirable amount of FAT, lowering carbs is key. Im in fact not dieting right now, but I decided to give this a try upon the recommendation of another board member and man is this stuff pretty damn good. There's chocolate and regular milk, I got regular and there's fat free and 2%, I got 2%. I must say, it doesnt taste exactly like regular milk, but its definately drinable, I poured myself a large glass and drank it earlier. Not something Id dip my Oreos in (wait, I mean....) but certainly good stuff....

I'd say it depends on what it is about regular milk that is giving you the pains. Is it lactose intolerance? Technically is still has all the qualities of regular milk just less carbs and more protein.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER
I wonder if it will give me stomach pains like regular milk does?

Maybe because of this.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER

"MILK CHANGES THE ACIDITY OF THE STOMACH
The pH (level of acidity) of the human stomach is about 1.8,
which is strong enough to convert animal flesh into amino
acids. After drinking a 12-ounce glass of milk, the
stomach's acidity changes. A powerful acid environment is
buffered up to a 6.0, so that everything ferments and
putrefies for the next four hours."
