To what degree is Clen an anti-catabolic? And on average, how much BF do most drop while on?
Not sure if I need or want to take Clen. I would like to drop some more BF, but I've averaged 10-12 lbs a month from just hard work and clean diet. But I am on a calorie deficit and if it would help at all to spare muscle and cut BF% quicker I would give it a shot.
Should I stay with my current setup or add Clen?
