I'm About to run out of protein and was looking at several brands. Is there a major diffrerence in outcome between Whey protein and these "whey blends"? If there is could you site the differences for me, and include several whey protein supplements i should look at. These are specific brands that I noticed had diffrences. The scientific jargon used was difficult to understand when they discussed filtration.
EAS has Precision protein, and I was looking at some Whey blends: Pro Blend 55, and Pro V-60. The last two had a large amount of protein, but with a large amount of calories (keep in mind I am trying to lose body fat). Is the large amount of protein, out weigh the large amount of calories, or should I stick with regular Whey with less calories? Thanks YJ.
