I just purchased the book Chemical Muscle Enhancement and according to it you can greatly increase how much creatine is absorbed into your muscles by simply adding salt to it. I mean it makes sense but why have i never heard this from anywhere else? A good idea??

Creatine malate is what he's getting at. Malate is simply a salt or an ester of malic acid. The newer, revolutionary, creatines are creatine malate or a step further, tricreatine malate. This is simply the addition of a salt.

Sugar helps to increase insulin which will help aid delivery. The salt version helps the absorbtion and stability of the creatine in liquids.Originally posted by Oomdayir

Not that I know of. However ALA and R-ALA will.So adding NaCl to yoru creatine mix would do nothing. Correct?
