Should I bother taking creatine on my off days or should I only use it post workout with my insulin. In the past I used it everyday, but is that a waste compared to the uptake seen on slin days. Also is the loading dose worth taking?

There's conflicting arguments about whether the loading phase is benefitial or not. Some say you'll acheive saturation faster, some say it doesn't matter. I say creatine is cheap enough already so it really doesn't matter if you just did it for shits and giggles. Unless you get bad GI distress from it, then i'd say no need. Since you'll be stacking slin with it, you probably won't need to load since the slin will be greatly enhancing your uptake.Originally posted by Cmsmallzz
Thanks Bro. Yeah I never bothered witht the loading dose because even since I first used creatine 7-8 years ago I heard the loading dose was a waste.
