Recovery drinks any good? Worthwhile?
If so, can you make a homemade version (instead of chilling out to GatorAde)?

Recovery drinks are ok, but its much cheaper to make your own. Alls you need is dextrose and/or maoldextrin, and some protein powder.

I usually take a high carb drink like N large 2....put half a serving of it, a full serving of whey....3-5 grams creatine, 3-5 grams glutamine....mix well and enjoy.
