Im not sure how long its been since you had your last shake, but times have certainly changed in the whey protein department. You most likely need an isolate, they tend to be less harsh on the stomach and bloating, my personal preference is Syntrax's Nectar. Others such as Substance WPI taste great and is an isolat as well. Finally, as always, I recommend Optimums 100% whey. Its a whey/concentrate blend, but I find it easy on the stomach and its probably the best tasting on the market.

I'll prly get some flack for saying this. But Whey Iso Burst from GNC is a good buy. It mixes well, vanilla isn't that bad for taste, but if your a serious athlete you eat for nutrition rather than taste. It is a bit more expensive but thats mainly because it is an isolate, better than the traditional concentrates which are harder to absorb and make for slower gains.

:agree: There are many sources for equally good or even superior protein at much less cost! Why support ignorant chain stores that feed the misinformation of the masses of people trying to get in shape but being fed lies and half-truths?Originally posted by g-funkI'll prly get some flack for saying this.

No, mainly because its GNC and everything purchased there should come with some KY jelly to make things a little easier. GNC's mark-up on supplements should be against the law. Thats why GNC is a joke.Originally posted by g-funkIt is a bit more expensive but thats mainly because it is an isolate

Please reference this complete fallacy, Im eager to see what peer review journal houses such horseshit.

No.... not even close. $5 added to shipping doesnt negate the $18 dollar markup on a tub of Optimum 100% whey... why would you even want to buy supplements from such a crooked shithole anyway? I find that to be a slap in the face that they are basically robbing you blind.
