I am recovering from ACL replacement surgery right now and along with the weight gain, the muscle atrophy in my leg(s) is downright appalling. The Dr. has let me back in the gym with instructions to put some size on my legs.
I know AAS can be tough on ligaments, am I right in assuming that PH might have a simmilar effect? I'm looking to put on some size while dropping some weight and I thought that PH might be my best option. I have never done PH before.
I train 4-5 days a week, with success and my diet, if imperfect, is getting better all the time. I am 6' 220 with a bf in the high teens or low twenties.
