Maybe a good, bad, ugly categorization on each supplement in general to have a better feel for what is solid and what is a waste of money. Also, maybe a list of top brands for each supplement that is worthwhile.
Depending on how detailed you want to get, these could be further categorized under fat loss, muscle growth, etc.
...And if not too difficult maybe recommendations on which supps work synergistically with others or which ones could potentially negate each other, how long to stay on one before taking a break, etc.Last edited by SonofBone; 08-11-05, 07:25 AM.
