  • CLA -How Much?

    I've searched a number of sites but can't seem to find a consensus. What is the dosage for CLA these days?

    If you are talking about using it to burn fat and build lean muscle tissue, the studies show that at least 4.6 grams all at one time, once a day, is the amount you need.

      I've had good results with between 3-5g a day.. 4g a day is cool, it'll just be 4 gelcaps, one with everyother meal..
