Hey, is it better to take a multi-vitamin on an empty stomach or to take it durring your meal? I am currently taking optimen at breakfast time and it doesn't specify either or. I didn't think it was a big deal but the reason I'm asking is because I ran across an article where Frank Zane had said to never take any vitamin on an empty stomach because it could potentially harm the stomach. Is that true or not?
