I am wondering about the benefits of citrulline malate, and hopefully YJ come to the rescue as usual! I have done brief research about it and they say its the 'aerobic creatine.' I am wondering several things. Will it help with pumps and HIIT cardio? Also, is it as harmless as creatine (I'm a natty lifter), does it work, and is it worth it?
