    Hey~


    Ive been lifting for about a good 4 years, 6 years on and off. I got all the size I could ask for, but Ive never look as nice as I would like. I stopped lifting for about a year..I defineatly lost some muscle.

    Im getting back into it now, and im looking to drop bodyfat and hopefully gain a little more muscle/strength back and harden up.

    As of now im doing a 3 days on 1 off lifting/cardio regimin. Cardio everyday, before and after lifting. My lifting consists of upper and lower body(split up through the 3 days), all lighter weight higher reps. Abs everyday as well.

    As for my diet, ive cleaned it up immensley, and cut back on my overall food intake. I am however not starving myself, just cleaner smaller meals throughout the day.

    As for supplements, im currently taking nothing but Protein and a MultiVitamin.

    My supplement history:

    Ive always done protein (of course!)
    Basic creatine on and off throughout the years (Not anymore, dont want2hold water)
    always a multi vitamin
    a 4-andro/19-nor stack for about 4 weeks.(used no pct)
    stacker 2/3- anxiety/jumpyness
    did do 1 m1t cycle. 3 weeks. 5mg first week. 10 the second. 15 the third. Stopped a few days short due to some pain. Took milkthistle for liver support, and Nolva for PCT.


    What im getting down to is some suggestions for a good supplement to use while cutting.

    I am not really interested in NO anymore, I read through YJs research post fully, as well as did some of my own research. I am also not interested with anything containing creatine or a creatine derivative(sp). (I dont want to hold water obviously)

    As for some caffein based supplement, im a little hesitant, i defineatly felt some anxiety while on stacker 2 a few years ago. But im always open to suggestion.

    There's no reason to not take creatine while cutting. You may hold more water but as long as you come off it several weeks before your goal date, there will be no problem.

      If you don't like ephedra/caffeine, I've heard the anarchy stack has worked really well for some people.

          If your worried about takein caffine/ephedra i would def not go for clen.

            Fish Oil + SesaThin + Green Tea Extract is a good non-stimulant stack for a more gradual and less-intense/jittery cut, which I prefer, but if you like to go balls to the wall, most people like E/C. I would at least add Fish Oil to it, if nothing else.

            As BBAddict said, keep on the creatine until the end, if water weight is a concern. That water weight is also helping to volumize your cells which keeps them functioning best, which is good for keeping muscle and losing fat.
