  • Not sure what to do about supplements... any in put?

    Brief background on myself...
I'm 21 yrs old.. 5'7 and 170lbs... currently 10.5% BF according to a trainer at the health club i work at.. Used electronic pulse to calculate it??

Anyway...My goal is to get cut out.. I work out hard 5 days a week.. basic routine

    M- Chest/ Tris
    T- Back/ Bis
    W- Core
    T- Legs
    F- Shoulders/Core
    S-Rest
    S-Rest

My Diet is average... nothign crazy

10am 2 servings of oat meal 40g protein shake
    (1tsp NO Xplode, GNC multi, 500mg L-Carintine)
    1pm 20g protein shake
    (2 HydroxyCut)
3pm.. No food.. usually green tea or low sugar energy drink
    (GNC Multi, 500mg L-Carintine)
5pm Average dinner.. low carbs, mostly protein, veggies
    (2 hydroxycut)
9pm-ish 20g protein shake, pretzels or cherrios, dry
    2-3am bedtime

Now.... my serious question is... should i stop the nonsense with the supplements im taking.... wat really does something for me... wats useless...
Is it time for me to get serious and get something with garenteed results??

I leave for my new college in south carolina in august and want to be in top shape... ive pretty much given up drinking for now.. and usually dont eat bad foods...

SORRY FOR THE LONG POST.. JUST CURIOUS ... THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!!!

Not trying to sound too arrogant but whether I'm on AAS or not on AAS I don't take any "supplements" except a good multi-vitamin, fish/flaxseed oils, liver protectants and whey protein - I'm sure I could get "some" better results if I added this other stuff in but I'm a true believer in the basics of good diet/training techniques and discipline...

your diet sucks bro. you need more cals to burn fat. you are killing your metabolism with such a small amount of calories.

        for supps I use

GNC Mega Men Sport Multi Vit. (Only thing I buy from GNC)
Nutrex Vitargo (Post workout creatine formula)
Costco Brand Fish Oil Caps (5 a day)
Optimum Nutrition 100% whey (10lb protein formula)

I use multi-mineral vitamin, liver protect, prostate formula, whey Isolate on cycle.

I use a few other items off cycle that I like such as NO2, CREATINE, TRIBULUS
