    I agree, i was stuck at a certain body weight, and all the supps i tried did nothing. so i just changed up my diet for the better, dropped all the supps and starting lifting different and i saw amazing results.

      good to hear. that is not to say that all supps are worthless. creatine, protein powder, multi-v, fish oil, etc, are all valuable tools.
