    ^good idea

I do like B does - lifting days only, i would think the only reason to cycle is not for health reasons i feel i get dependent on it. it seems more effective when i am off for longer period like a week...but im stubborn

I cycle it... mostly due to the water it makes me hold. My face gets fatter, as does my abdomen, not to mention I probably couldnt afford to stay on it year 'round.

I just recently started taking creatine again. But I had a question for you guys who only use it on work out days. I only lift 3 times a week, usually the weekends and then one day during the week. Should i still use it only on work out days. Or do I need to take it more often than that. I appreciate the info.

Yeah I figured since it was so long between times that my levels might drop. I will play around with it. Thanks

I work full time mowing yards and go to school full time. I only go to school 2 nights a week, the other 2 are online. But with everything else, I choose to only go 3 days a week. I am sure I could go more often, but by doing it this way, I don't get burned out as easy with everything.

Why do creatine packages tell you to load it? Is that necessary?

YJ, Is that w/monohydrate, krealkaylyn or Ethyl Esther? Do you have any experience w/the later two? Supposedly, they don't cause as much water retention, are more effective, yada yada yada.

Its generally just with monohydrate (which I still use and I think its still pretty underrated with all these new super-duper creatines). I inevitably hold water with pretty much all creatines, regardless of brand, etc. Most CEE products dont bloat me too much, but the more I read about CEE, the more unimpressed Im becoming.

The only creatine that said to do that was Cell Tech. One of my co-workers at GNC told me a while back that the only reason it says to load it, is becuz ur body needs to get "used" to it. That is a bunch of BS and marketing that Muscle Tech says so their supply can run out quickly and than the customer can buy more.

F it was me taking the creatine, i would start wit the recommended dosage and use that.

I have used monohydrate and i put on shitloads of water weight like crazy, and i was constantly bloated. the Ethyel Ester is "supposed" to keep the water weight at a minimum and build more muscle, but i have taken that and i got cut from it, so who knows what is supposed to work properly these days

pretty much every creatine supp i have ever seen says to load, not just cell tech.

i think after a few weeks though the result is the same as if you hadnt loaded. just a way for them to get you to use more product and then buy more.
