    Always been a food an whey protein guy, but this year I branched out to nitric oxide drinks and just started creatine today I'm taking 12g per day. How long before you notice anything? What should I notice if this stuff works? Was gonna use it for 4 weeks.

    no need for 12.

    just use 5 grams of pure monohydrate. mix it with your post workout.

    weeks is nothing. run it for 5-6 months at least.

      You posted that thing about blocking myostatin and the formula they ran for body mass equaled out to 12 grams for me.

            I remember taking creatine by MuscleTech, and leaning up.

            The only creatine i would take would be Anabolic Switch because it has 7 types of creatine in there.

                no need for the fancy shit. stick with basics if they work.

                  Yup I just bough some cheap powder I mixed it in with some nitric oxide powder and dextrose; drank it during my workout had a pump that lasted forever.

                      With CREATINE you only need 5grams per day. IMO your just wasting it to take more.

                        I just ordered some creatine as well - since I am vegetarian, I have read that it might be effective for me.

                        Everything I have read as well is to take 5g PWO - anything more will probably just be pissed out.
