        i picked up myself some ON 100% Whey Protein. i was wondering what to use for a nightime shake before bed. I no casein is what your suppose to use, but i dont wanan spend more money. How can i make my shake to make it digest slower during the night?

          Shake mixed with Olive oil or eat some with peanut butter or you could have some almonds or peanuts to slow the digestion down.

          Out of all those, i personally like natural peanut butter

            I would say mix it with milk since I believe the casein in milk will slow down absorption.

              Just skip the shake and eat some low fat cottage cheese before bed.... Get the big tubs from Costco

                  one scoop on 100% whey mixed with on casen and a extra scoop of bcaa powder frozed strawberries, one scoop natural pb and a little bit of honey. Sometimes I add uncooked oats as well.

                            2 cups Grape Juice (80 grams Carbs)

                              Oh, ok. LOL. I wasn't sure if that was mixed or taken separately. My BSN Chocolate Mint protein shake probably won't taste good mixed with grape juice though. :retard:

                                i usually go with vanilla sometimes choc. but never flavored. hard to mix with anything.
