Shake mixed with Olive oil or eat some with peanut butter or you could have some almonds or peanuts to slow the digestion down.Originally posted by dusan View Posti picked up myself some ON 100% Whey Protein. i was wondering what to use for a nightime shake before bed. I would say mix it with milk since I believe the casein in milk will slow down absorption.Originally posted by dusan View Posti picked up myself some ON 100% Whey Protein. i was wondering what to use for a nightime shake before bed. Should the grape juice be the first thing you take after your workout? If so, how long should you wait before you drink your shake and take your creatine? 10-15 minutes? How long does it take for your insulin levels to spike to get optimum results?
