If its 100% Whey or Whey Isolate you're good to go. They are to be consumed right after your work out with a simple carbohydrate.

Is that what that first one is?

Do I still need a high protien intake bearing in mind I'm on a course?

Neither of them are 100% Whey. They both are concentrates.

Yes you should be consuming 1-1.5g of protein per pound of body weight

Then why are you running a test/tren cycle?

Because I wanted to put on a bit of weight quite quickly. So this course is just like a kick start really

What everyone is trying to say is that you have no business messing with AAS when you don't seem to have even the basics of diet and nutrition figured out. Only bad things can happen, not to mention the fact that without the proper diet and exercise regimen, your "cycle" will be totally wasted.

You need to get things squared away in the following order:

                      1. Diet
                      2. Exercise plan
                      3. And a distant third here after you have completely optimized 1 and 2, AAS

your are trying to use AAS as a shortcut to get big. when infact you need to get your diet and training together before you run anything.

I train with a mate who's really into it (been doing it years) so my exercise plan is spot on. Bit agreed, I'll get more protein down me

What is your height, weight and age? How many calories do you consume every day and what are your P/C/F macros?
