  • Creatine

Been taking it for a week and a half and I am already up about 4 lbs. Halfway to my 2012 goal and the year is not even a day old..

Seriously, I know this is all water weight, but damn, that was fast. Feel pretty strong in the gym.

I do feel a bit bloated around the stomach though. I seem to have lost a bit of the lean edge in my abs. Don't know if it is the creatine or the Christmas/New Year eating though.. :)

        I am using Creatine Monohydrate.

And yes, calories around 2000, maybe a hair higher. Will stay around here for the next few weeks and reevaluate.

Scrum don't let mr I or anyone else tell you to use a different form of creatine. Mono works just fine.

Creatine without holding water is not creatine. Like dbol without water, what's the point.

Yeah, I wanted to stick to the tried and true form of creatine. There have been many years of research on monohydrate. Everything I have read about CEE and such formulations and it seems like they are unstable and break down in your bloodstream. Not sure if there are believable studies on anything other than monohydrate, which on the other hand seems to be easily the most closely studied supplement on the market.

Anyone here who does cardio, do you take creatine on your cardio days as well? I have only been taking it on lifting days and skipping both cardio days and off days. Wondering if I should take it on cardio days....

Pre and post? I thought you said only post?

Plus, you don't do cardio right? I was wondering if I should add creatine on cardio days.

Creatine is in the no explode or jacked I take pre training.

Creatine is for the muscles, no need to take it on cardio day, no purpose.

I just bought some creatine for the first time(always thought it was a useless supp. And still kind of think it is But thought I'd give it a try) and I've read and been told by everyone to cycle it and use it even on days I don't lift.

Is it in fact benifitial to only use it as a post work out supp? I have pancreas issues as is and it would be a lot better for me if I don't have to take it everyday
