I am overloaded with stress right now. I'm at the point where I'd love to just run away and hide out in a cave, alone. Is there anything herbal that can possibly help (even just a little) your mental/emotional well being? I don't like taking things, have never taken meds, etc, but I'm grasping. My body handles stress very physically, and I can't afford another dive anytime soon. Any suggestions?

Vitamin b is particularly useful to the body in handling stress generally FB.
I'm contious you are a parent with responsibilities so it's no good someone suggesting something that knocks you out. I use bach original flower remedy called rescue night. It works great, you fall asleep easier but your not in any way out of it. You don't have worry dreams and you wake up fine and fresh

What is causing the stress? Remove it if possible.
Ride a bike or go on a run.
I have been running - and while that feels great at the time, it doesn't do much afterwards.

In all these yrs ive nvr seen u post about ur stress...i know i bust ur ball/tits quite a bit...but handle it qkly....i stress ED and stress killed my dad. literally....sauna? Steam room? Spend more time with ur daughter...i know kids can be a pain...but to me...my son is a stress reliever.....when he is sleeping lol
I do fun things with my children, and yes, that feels great. But face it, sometimes that's just not enough.
I think/hope things will get better soon. Just trying to make the best of it til I get there.
