I'm just taking 200mg caffeine and 16mg ephedrine before I head to the gym solely for motivation while working out. I recently got some clen and was going to start in a few days
First question: could I continue with the ephedrine and caffeine (only on workout days) while cycling clen or would alone supply enough energy for lifting?
Second question: I'm thinking of doing a less traditional clen cycle which looks like this;
Week 1- 20mcg
Week 2 - 40mcg
Week 3 - 60mcg
Week 4 - 80mcg (depending how I feel, might keep it at 60mcg)
What do you think of this? Is a week at the same amount too long?
