  • Taking ephedrine with clen?

    I'm just taking 200mg caffeine and 16mg ephedrine before I head to the gym solely for motivation while working out. I recently got some clen and was going to start in a few days

    First question: could I continue with the ephedrine and caffeine (only on workout days) while cycling clen or would alone supply enough energy for lifting?

    Second question: I'm thinking of doing a less traditional clen cycle which looks like this;
    Week 1- 20mcg
    Week 2 - 40mcg
    Week 3 - 60mcg
    Week 4 - 80mcg (depending how I feel, might keep it at 60mcg)

    What do you think of this? Is a week at the same amount too long?

    Thats what my instincts were telling me as well. My reasoning was I wanted to take clen again but also need something to get me through my workout. What would be a better option? Jus caffeine tabs?

      Plenty of carbs 1.5 hours before workout. 200mg caffeine 45 min before workout.

        Cool, thanks. Just wanted to clear the air. I'll leave the ephedrine for another time and just take 1 cap (200mg) caffeine before the gym

          Unless you're looking for optimal fat loss combined with a low carb diet...no need for all that you mentioned....or get you some muscle pharm/jacked/NO explode for the extra push in the lifting...
          Understood. I wasn't at all trying to improve my fat loss chances by combining ephedrine with clen. I'm strictly using ephedrine for energy at the gym. Just wasn't exactly clear if ephedrine was a bad combo with clen. I love the energy ephedrine gives me but I have no problem doing without it, so I'll just use the caffeine tabs in the meantime.

              Are you doing this for some competition or to look better on the beach? Or Gym....

                I've been researching Clen lately too cause my doctor said it might help with my slow thyroid. I found some at PyroPeptides - Resarch Chemicla - Peptides - IGF for cheap. anybody ever used them?
