my doc gave me 1000mgs or ius ,lol dont remember but it was 1000 what ever. if you need to know I will go look at it later.
I will say this for me it did zero didnt notice a thing but only used it 4 weeks so far I will finnish the vial 10 weeks but wont get anymore after

Most docs prescribe it 1cc once a week for the first month or two and then lower it down to 1cc once a month. That is a fairly common dose.

What. Most B12 for injections is dosed at 1000 mcgs/ml, so most docs prescribe it at once a week after building your levels up. OP didn't state if he had injections, pills, or the liquid crap. All of it is useless except injection. 1 cc would be the usual dose.

Two times per week? Way too much, your body is getting rid of the majority of it.
