I have a bad ass TRUE treadmill paid over 4K for it and it is always reading wack compared to my strap on my chest.
no, i count while looking at stop watch on phone.

it was 140 today but then again i went right from training delts and traps hard as fuck right to doing cardio. i train in a hoodie and sweat pants and by the time i get on the treadmill i am already soaking wet. so its not like my heart rate is crazy from just walking. my nervous system is probably blasted. lol

LOL... Just kidding... I think 130 is 90% of your max only when you are like 75 years old.

I received the N.O. Xplode on Friday. Took it for my Saturday workout. Huge difference in energy and focus. Loved it. But... Didn't sleep much that night. I took a smaller dose yesterday and couldn't fall asleep last night either. Love how it makes me feel in the gym but no way can I take it. Sucks because it would be a great supplement especially off cycle. I'll prob end up giving it to a buddy.

I could never take a preworkout supp if I worked out in the evening for that very reason. On the days I take it, it's at 6-7am and I can usually feel it (subtly) half the day.

I took a full scoop on Saturday and I was unable to sleep that night and also Sunday night. My body reacts crazy to stimulants.

So take half a scoop; enough for an extra boost but not enough to get you strung out.

I came off the preworkout stuff about 3 weeks ago and started going just the coffee route. I didnt notice much at first but as time has gone on over the last week I have noticed a decreased pump in the gym.

Decided to jump back on the No-explode yesterday and today and I am here to tell ya bro with real world trial and error, this shit works. Not only has the pump been better in the gym but even after the gym just in the mirror I look "fuller", muscles look more round.

I understand your points on the lack of science and studies for proof but you have to give it a fair shot bro. Order yourself a tub and use it till it runs out, then stop for a month and go back to coffee and tell me you dont miss it after a couple of weeks.
Scrum isn't a bodybuilder.though so many those results are neither here nor there

It has nothing to do with bodybuilding. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, so any pre-workout drink with heaps of caffeine in it is going to have the same effect. Not sure what results you are referring to that are bodybuilding specific. Intensity in the gym can apply to any discipline, not just bodybuilding.
