I have a bad ass TRUE treadmill paid over 4K for it and it is always reading wack compared to my strap on my chest.
no, i count while looking at stop watch on phone.

it was 140 today but then again i went right from training delts and traps hard as fuck right to doing cardio. i train in a hoodie and sweat pants and by the time i get on the treadmill i am already soaking wet. so its not like my heart rate is crazy from just walking. my nervous system is probably blasted. lol

At Rocket's age, 130 bpm is probably 90% of his max.

A walking machine with the most perfect lungs, does programs that make Insanity look like jumping jacks yet feels like dying at 130 bpm, gotcha. Lol

    220 - age = max hr

    So for you, 20-50 = 170.

For fat burning you want about 70% of max hr; 170 x .7 = 119.

I use the hand grips on the treadmill but when I tested with the gyms chest strap it was only 3-4bpm difference.
ya I know the math but it dont work for me, lol
I have been to all kinds of physcials to fight bro I am a walking machine.
one xray of my lungs the doc said oh my god. Me I was like oh shit im gonna die. doc said my lungs were the clenest/clearest he has ever seem. At the bottom of your lungs there are weird points mine were sharp and clear

cuz I have tried to max out my heart a few times and if i remember correct around 130 I was gonna die
my monitor could be wrong maybe but I doubt it.

the stuff I used to do makes insanity look like jumping jacks, lol so i know intensity was there I think I just have a different number for some reason? not sure i dont know enough about that stuff.

Sounds like the right range. Crazy how easily your hr rises.

It might have been a combo effect though. Current resting is 76 bpm. not great but its better then 100-110. lol
