What Multi Do You Use?

Just curious what Multi-vitamin/mineral you guys use and if there's a specific reason why?


Ive been using Eclipse's Pro Complex 24 for about 2 years now and like it a lot. Its fairly cheap and has all the essentials, nothing special pretty much....

Instead of a multi I take Juice Plus. I know it sounds stupid as hell, and I ain't pimping. My mom has a friend that sells the sh*t. She told my mom that if you take the stuff regularly then your immune system is stronger thus you won't get sick as much. My mom bought me a year's worth of Juice Plus for my birthday. I was pissed as hell at my mom's friend for using her to sell the stuff. Anyway, it's been a year and a half now and I have yet to get even a cold. I know, I know it seems stupid as hell, and I am not sold on the product yet. But those are the facts. Take it for what you will. For the time being I am staying on Juice Plus.

I stopped using a multi because after researching them I found that I was essentially over dosing on the non water soluble vitamins.
I was pulling enough vitamins from the foods I eat daily with the exception of some of the B vitamins so I take a Bcomplex nearly every day.
