i havent used powder in months. lol @ people who still have a shake during the "post workout window". i eat chicken and oats like an hour and half after i train and tan and i looks fucken stupendous.
lol I do both shake with carbs then eat half hour later anyways. I like the shake for flavor like a treat it also fills me up until I eat.

Agree, and i think just plain old monohydrate works the best for me personally. Ive tried all the various newfangled versions and have never been impressed. 600g of ON creatine monohydrate for under $20 lasts 2 months :thumb:
