At the time I was experimenting, basically comprising my diet of wholr foods not shakes and then just dropping aminos in with my workout drink or occassionally through thr day if ifelt needed. It worked very well and I would recomend intra workout. Just takes some organization

Don't waste your money. Amino acids (BCAA) are a complete waste for anyone who eats enough protein. Your body is supremely capable of creating all the AAs it needs. Generally studies purporting to show the benefits of BCAA supplementation only do this for people who don't take enough protein in the first place. USN also do a good one. Me and a bunch of competitive bbers have been using them and swear by them. Im sure other brands work just fine but after training as a bber 20 years without ive certainly noticed a difference.
