Reduces inflammation.
Side effect makes me feel quite chilled out.
Didn't take vitamins etc for a long time and those I did before we're just thrown in.
I remembered in the old days everyone used solgar. So I got the same stack and after about five days of it I feel significantly improved

Vitamin C powder 3-5 grams ed
Vitamin D3 extra strength 10,000 iu ed
CoQ10 for heart and blood pressure.
Basic multi
Taurine/Beta Alanine
Tudca for liver
Luetin, Vitamin A, and zinc for eye health.

Coq10 does help my blood pressure.
CoQ10 & Tocotrienols (100/10mg) - Swanson Health Products
I also want to add some curcumin to my supplements you should look into that too.
