    If you're in the lifting world, and since you're on this board it's assumed you are, you know that there are tons of supplements out there. Question is, what supplements do you take?

    What supplements do you consider "must haves" for effective muscle building and general health?

    Here is my list...

    1. Fish Oil
    2. Multivitamin
    3. Probiotic
    4. Tumeric Extract
    5. Vitamin D3
    6. Protein
    7. BCAAS
    8. 150mg of Testosterone every 7 days
    9. Ubiquinol

    I drink lemon water every morning. I try to drink a fruit and vegetable smoothie every day.

    Fruit Smoothie
    1. 1 cup of freshly brewed green tea
    2. 1 cup of blueberries
    3. 1/2 cup pineapples
    4. 1/2 cup of strawberries
    5. 1 tablespoon coconut oil
    6. 1 teaspoon of tumeric powder
    7. 1/2 cup of pomegranite juice


    Vegetable Smoothie
    1. 1 cup of coconut water
    2. 1 compressed cup of kale
    3. 1/4 of an alvacado
    4. 1 kiwi
    5. small pinch of kosher salt
    6. 1 teaspoon of tumeric powder

    Forgot to add...if you're girl is complaining about your skeet tasting bitter, replace the pomegranate juice with pineapple juice. :hibb:

        :rofl: That's just for TRT. Keeps my hormona levels at least normal. I get blood tests every three months so they know when I'm taking too much. Blood gets thicker for me. No thanks on the strokes lol.

          I'm scheduling an appointment for next week to donate blood myself. My off cycle blood work had my hematocrit and RBC on the high end so surely I'll go over while on.
