What supplements do you consider "must haves" for effective muscle building and general health?

8. 150mg of Testosterone every 7 days
9. Ubiquinol

- 1 cup of freshly brewed green tea
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup pineapples
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of tumeric powder
- 1/2 cup of pomegranite juice
Vegetable Smoothie
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 compressed cup of kale
- 1/4 of an alvacado
- 1 kiwi
- small pinch of kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon of tumeric powder
