I have done the actual peptide follistatin 344 a couple of years ago and all that crap did was give me flu like symptoms.

Why do you say that? I just talk with a guy from another forum. He didnt have much to say tho..But he said he did run it for 6 weeks. he said he didnt notice anything from it..And it was kind of expensive.

Yeah from what I see 40 mg is a higher dose. I question if it was bunk also
