Ok bought some t-100 and a-100....did some reasearch b4 then asked about some other things on the site to clear them up..thanks ppl..but is there anything i should know about b4 i start taking it..things like diet..training..yada yada yada??....has anyone tried it?? and what about mixing it with other sups..like a simple creatine or even fat burnin sups..like an eac stack..?? and my last question is..do i take it on days i dont train???that ones bugging the most ahah..but yeah..thanks ppl..leave some advise, tips yada yada
