    Ok bought some t-100 and a-100....did some reasearch b4 then asked about some other things on the site to clear them up..thanks ppl..but is there anything i should know about b4 i start taking it..things like diet..training..yada yada yada??....has anyone tried it?? and what about mixing it with other sups..like a simple creatine or even fat burnin sups..like an eac stack..?? and my last question is..do i take it on days i dont train???that ones bugging the most ahah..but yeah..thanks ppl..leave some advise, tips yada yada

    Yeah, compaq, you take them daily and in the same dosages. You can use creatine as it will help give you added strength as well as fat burners to keep you lean. They all work through different pathways and can all help synergistically.
    As far as diet goes, definately make sure you are eating protein in every meal and frequently throughout the day. Make sure you eat enough good sources of carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes and lots of green veggies. Also, make sure you are getting in a good amount of good fat like flax, fish, nuts, etc.
    Keep your training sessions short and intense.

      Yeah, take it everyday. Increase calories in general. Be sure to get extra protein. Creatine is good while on ph/ps. PH/PS will increase blood pressure and so will eca. So be careful. Be sure to drink extra water. You might want to consider increasing your volume/frequency by 25% while on. What are you going to take post cycle?

        why short and intence? can i train 2 a days...right now..i got to school right across from the gym..i go in the mornigng or after classes..and somtimes both..would going 2 a day be bad or no...

          and with an eac stack i read somwhere on one of the posts that asprine either..stops or slows down protine synthisis or somthing like that i cant remeber and i cant find the post again..so would ec be better...?

                Because you want to avoid overtaining. you need time to recover in order to grow and if you are hitting the weights pretty hard, your body is going to need that extra time off to over compensate for the work-load you are constantly putting on it. I don't think trainig on weights twice a day is necessary. I feel no more than 1 hour a day and 3-5 days a week is all you need if you are really working hard and going to failure on all your core movements. Cover the entire body only once a week. Remember, if you are constantly sore and never completely recovering and not feeling fresh everytime you go into the gym to train a particular body part, you may be overtrained and may end up losing strength and muscle in the long run.

                  It's probably because aspirin restricts blood vessels, thus slowing down protein synthesis somewhat.
