        I watched a video saying that if your already on a high protein diet you don't need bcaas 1 egg contains 5 grams of bcaas and I eat 6 every morning plus high protein the rest of the day too. By then what about hgh it's just 101 aminos [emoji848]

          hgh has nothing to do with dietary protein. completely different thing.

            The only time I take an amino acid supplement is when I am fasting because I want to trigger muscle protein synthesis.

                I was saying you don't need added dietary supplement bcaas if your already on a high protein diet. That's what the other video I watched was saying as well.
