  • upped my dose of 1-ad to 300mgs

    this stuff is great i'm seeing great improvement in my workouts and i lift ten times more than before, i just got some vitex and some mhp 1-test and am now taking 300mgs of 1-ad w/100mgs of 1-test w/muscle milk.... i'm loving what i'm seeing....
    ...my food intake is this :
    morning:
    2 eggs, 4 italian sausage, some italian bread /salad with everything (cucumber,tomatos,olives,peanuts,onions,garlic, and
    imported italian olive oil)

    then i eat for snacks i eat either fruit or some carrots with low fat dip.

    then for lunch i eat : my lunch varies
    sandwich w/cheese,ham,turkey,cheese
    or i eat salad with raw ham cut up in a big bowl
    or i eat pasta,peanuts,raisins,plums,or a bowl of cherrios (no milk)
    either 2 big steaks with eggs on top with cheese/ tomato salad/
    with bread sticks (low fat) and i drink water or iced tea

    then for dinner i eat :
    either lasanga/pizza/breadsticks w/garlic or sometimes fruit
    and i also sometimes eat at subway (as a treat)

    my father is a butcher and i eat a shit load of meat. so i get enough protien i basically eat whats at hand...in my house there is always fruit and there is always something to eat.

    Good to see your having good results . I couldnt tell much off 400mgs. I dont know if you knew this but 1ad is the precursor to 1 test. you should try some 4 ad
